The subject property is an irregularly shaped, multi-use tract of land located in central Boone County, Missouri, approximately four miles northwest of Columbia, MO. The northeastern/north central portion has generally been cleared and utilized for pasture and site area. Outside, a wrap-around porch extends along the east side of the structure and progresses into a double-tiered deck that extends toward the south off of the newest addition. On the west side is a gravel patio with mature landscaping.The livestock shed is located along the driveway in the north central portion of the property. The east side is open to allow for the ingress and egress of the livestock. It is a typical pole structured shed with dirt floors and metal exterior. Sliding door access is available on the south side as well as a walk-in door.
