Supplements: The northern portion of the cleared bottom is in CRP, and the southeastern portion is in natural vegetation and used for hunting. The remainder of the property is dense woodland with many draws and steep slopes. Multiple hunting blinds were noted upon inspection. The tract is currently being utilized as pasture, cropland, and recreation giving it a multi-purpose use.The dwelling has been added on to multiple times throughout its life. The original dwelling was constructed in the 1940's and was approximately 790 SF. The dwelling was added on to in the late 1980's; this addition added the upstairs, increasing the size to approximately 2,080 SF. Finally, in 2003 the structure was expanded again to what it currently is today; this addition added much of the southern portion of the dwelling, increasing its size to 3,090 SF. No parts of the structure have a basement; crawl space is available to portions of the foundation. There are two hot water heaters servicing the dwelling (one gas and one electric). PWSD #1 is available to be hooked up, however the site still has adequate access to well water. The waste is handled by a traditional lagoon system. The main floor opens into a wide hall that extends along the front of the structure. The south side opens into a kitchen and family room. The original kitchen is located behind the new kitchen and is still fully functional. A master bedroom and bathroom lead off of the living room. The master bath is complete with a stand-up shower and jetted tub. On the west side, the master walk-in closet opens up into a laundry/utility room and into the garage. The main level is all hard wood, except for tile/vinyl in the kitchen and carpet in the living room and master bedroom. The second floor opens up to an oversized landing at the top of the stairs. A hallway leads to the north and gives access to three bedrooms and one full bathroom. To the south is open attic storage above the most recent 2003 addition. All of the upstairs ceilings are clipped due to the structure of the dwelling. Outside, a wrap-around porch extends along the east side of the structure and progresses into a double-tiered deck that extends toward the south off of the newest addition. On the west side is a gravel patio with mature landscaping. The livestock shed is located along the driveway in the north central portion of the property. The east side is open to allow for the ingress and egress of the livestock. It is a typical pole structured shed with dirt floors and metal exterior. Sliding door access is available on the south side as well as a walk-in door.
